Well nearly finished day 5 and wobbled a bit today and succumbed to half a can of tuna :-( but at least it has no carbs I suppose.

Got 3 stone to lose.

First weigh in 13 st 6lbs

First weigh in on tuesday. Really think this forum could keep me on track.....need something to save me from by body taking over my life!

Hello! Hunger ok so far until today but moods change all the time which is annoying but will hopefully settle down. How long have you been dieting? Xx
 
Dieting since September but CWP i'm on day 10 but I had a bad day yesterday :( x
 
Don't let it knock you, get up and start again, giving up will take you back to where you really don't want to be. Xxx
 
New day :) WI is not till Wednesday hopefully I can recover from it before then! Have you worked out which products you like? x
 
On sole source so have a shake, bar and soup each day. Not that keen on the soups so sometimes have 2 shakes. I like strawberry, banana and vanilla shakes, peanut, cranberry and toffee bars, and I can just about stomach chicken and mushroom or spicy tomato soup. I drink tea and water, and occasional coffee. Been really good so far apart from half tin tuna yesterday but still feeling wiped out and on day 6 now, when will my energy arrive! X
