Hey all
Just tried the chicken soup for the first time.
Received some good advice to mix it with cold water first then microwave it.
But I wanted to know if it's ok to add pepper to it? No salt, obviously. Will pepper upset ketosis?
Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere.
Any tips greatly appreciated, got 10 more of these to contend with this week haha!
