The weight related medical issues begin.

I see my doctor quite regularly and i'm lucky to have one that is observant and helpful one, he's never lectured me about my weight and only mentions it if he thinks something is genuinely related. I went today to get more meds and to get my Cambridge form signed, I didn't imagine there would be any issues as he signed one before. Only since then i've gained a few stone and changed medication which I can't take and do a vlcd, good job I didn't like slim and save other wise I wouldn't have known. For the first time in my life I now have high blood pressure and I'm being referred to a sleep clinic as he suspects I have sleep apnea, he said that my weight is now causing real issues and I have to do something about it before things get any worse, it's the first time I've had something that is actually weight related and I know I should be a little scared but i'm not, I don't feel motivated I feel defeated and I don't know how to change that, I have always been over weight and never been able to lose anything more than a stone before I give up or change diets. I'm being referred to something called Lifemorph, never heard of them and don't really know what they do but i've got to get some blood tests before I can get an appointment, so its just a waiting game.
