Had a shock the last couple of days when I noticed this happening to me for the first time. I have put on about 10lbs since the middle of December and I guess this is my punishment for over indulging. 
So I have decided I need to use this as motivation, unless I go on a proper diet and lose some of the excess weight this is going to carry on happening. Thinking of joining Weight Watchers this week. In the meantime any tips on stopping my legs from doing this?
