Things not on the list?

Hi, been doing pro points for about 8 weeks and have lost a stone so far. Thinking of maybe doing a couple of sf days a week and im just wondering if there are any goodies i can have which aren't on the list?

Am i right in thinking i can have ww wraps and bagels? Anything else i should know about?

Hi, u should try sf, it's a really easy plan!

Things u can have r Ww bagels, bread, wraps, pittas, petit pains, oat so simple, I use extra lean beef mince for free! Baked beans! Can't really think of anything else at the mo! Check out the food diaries there is lots of ideas there!
 
Thanks for that! Oh it does sound good, it would be nice to not worry about weighing and measuring everything for a few days. Think I'll give it a go next week x
 
Its great I really enjoyed the few days I did. Its nice not having to count but I have had conflicting info about snacks. Can you snack in between meals on foods from the filling and healthy list?
