Think may be I'll try different diet to sw have been 100% for the last 3 weeks sticking to plan doing excerse drinking lots of water & have lost 3lbs week 1 & past 2 weeks sts . I know 3lbs is good but this was after Easter & would have lost weight any way . U have joined sw quite a few times over the years & to be honest its never really worked for me . I really need to find a plan that works this year . I know that I can loose weight as I have in the past by cutting down just thought is try sw again as everyone seems to say how well it works but I guess its not foreveryone. Has anyone been in same situation should I quit or stick with it ?

Hi, I had the same problem when I rejoined in January. Previously I'd lost 6 stone following the green plan, then put 3 back on - doh! So I rejoined and was told to start on EE. What I found is that EE doesn't work nearly so well for me as green. I had two 100% weeks and gained half a pound each week, so don't despair about a STS! My consultant suggested I add in a few green days and that seems to be working now. Also, make sure you are having your syns and HEs - I was trying to have really low syn days (ie around 3), but found it didn't help - I've upped to an average of 8 a day now and it seems to be working!

So I'd say, keep going and try a few green or red days to see if that helps. Good luck!
 
Do you have a diary we can take a look at and see if there anything you have missed?

Have you been weighing your hex a and b?

Are you having syns?

I understand how frustrating it is as i previously done slimming world and was the same this time around iv changed to eating fruit for breakfast and seems to be making a difference!

Thanks for the advice I'm going to do some red and green days mix it up a bit & see what happens x
 
i love red and green days. with ee i tend to sts, which will be nice for when i reach target =]
 
I would also say try some red and green days. For me red days seem to give me greater losses, or rather did before I reached target! Please dont give up yet, it really is a great plan and I am sure if you stick with it a bit longer it will all come together for you :)
 
I agree with the others. I always do green, unless I am going out then I may do EE. The great thing about SW is the flexability. Dont lose heart xxx
 
I was the same many years ago when I did Sw before. I stuck to red days and seen great losses. Give them a go.

this time around im trying ee but scared as green days didn't work for me. I had an ee day yesterday but back on red now till wi Tuesday then might do few more ee then back to red few days before wi.
