Hi guys,
I'm thinking of joining a SW group again soon. I'm currently 13st 9lbs and i want to lose at least a stone to feel healthier and feel more comfortable in my clothes as i feel i'm splurging out of everything at the mo
I have done SW before but i didn't really understand it properly as i was so used to doing WW i think i found it hard to adapt to not having to weigh/count things. What is a typical day on SW like? I would probably stick to extra easy. What do you guys normally have for meals?
