Thinking of starting slim and save

Hi all,

I have just completed week 4 of Cambridge and I'm thinking of swapping to sns. I know that I would be very strict with myself as I'm determined and the only reason I go to my counsellor is to be weighed and get products, she offers little support and confusing advice (she's also a very large lady which makes me wonder?)
So sns sounds fab. Are the meals actual meals or more like sauces?
I've read all the jargon on there but I want some real opinions, as I said I'm in ketosis, I'm used to 3 shakes a day and the odd bit of chicken.

I suppose I'm just a bit wary and could do with some advice and support?

Thank you on advance,

Kellmo

The first thing to know is that you need 4 packs a day on SnS not 3. Alternatively you can have 3 packs plus protein - but the protein is not optional.

Most of the meals are like meals - but the mushroom pasta and macaroni cheese are more like sauces which are best had with your vegetable allowance.

There are some great stckies on this forum - including top tips and also reviews/photos of the meals.

I would suggest that you get the taster pack from SnS so that you can work out which things you like most.

Yes! Order the tester pack - it's about £25 and you get one sample of every flavour and well worth it.

The pasta meals do actualy have pasta in them!
Even tho theyr only small meals, after CD it feels like luxury;p
Like Weasey said the mac cheese and mushroom pasta ( both of which are delish) make fab sauces and you can alternate between 4 packs or 3 packs and small meal when ever you like.
Went for sunday dinner at my bro's and took a mac cheese pack with me and sat down with everyone else had chicken , cauli and brocli and mac cheese...lush
After missing out on little things like family meals on CD its fab
I only have a sweet tooth when Im due on so havent tried any shakes except the latte one (which I liked was like a milky coffee)
Tried the lemon and yogurt bar and it was great! felt like I was having a proper treat not like the CD ones that grow in your mouth and take a full litre of water to get down your throat lol
x

So I've ordered my starter pack today, it should arrive on Monday! Very excited at the thought of real meals with my family! Day 31 on CD today and been 100%. Feeling smug and smaller but stills long way to go, hope you're all having a good one x

Hello all,

New to the site, just started asdas measure up as I bought a tub with the view to moving on to slim and save in a months time. Was in two minds whether this is the right choice for me or whether to go down meal replacement route like lipotrim? Any advice?

Slim and save is alot cheaper then lipotrim with the same results. S&s is nicer and has alot more choice x

 Slim&Save is a meal replacement tho! It's brilliant-the greatest decision I ever made! :) x
