Third timy lucky - going it alone

So I fell head first off the wagon and am now heavier than the first time I joined SW :( so i'm going it alone. Things have changed, I've got a new job working Monday-Friday 9-5 as opposed to my old shift working patterns. I'm really struggling to get to the gym, eat properly (just have a microwave and kettle at work now compared to a canteen who did me healthy jacket potatoes) and generally organise myself to a new regime! Any guidance would be greatly appreciated... I'll start the food diary from tomorrow.
 
Struggled a bit today as been on a managers away day in a hotel but think i made good choices and I didn't have any syns to make up for it...

Breakfast
bacon and poached egg on brown toast

Lunch
Linguine with grilled chicken and tomato sauce

Tea
Chilli and rice
 
Argh... my iphone app won't work so struggled to update...

12th May 2012 - Red day

Breakfast
2 eggs with 1 slice medium wm bread (HEB)
1 cup tea with splash of milk (HEA)
3 plain digestives (10.5) my downfall - sweets and chocolate :(

Lunch
Chicken with lots of lettuce, cucumber and carrot and a spoonful of houmous (HEA) pitta (HEBx2) / bag of velvet crunch (4)

Dinner

Pork with vegetables

Syns - 14.5

Chicken filled with philly light (HEAx2) and vegetables
