So I fell head first off the wagon and am now heavier than the first time I joined SW so i'm going it alone. Things have changed, I've got a new job working Monday-Friday 9-5 as opposed to my old shift working patterns. I'm really struggling to get to the gym, eat properly (just have a microwave and kettle at work now compared to a canteen who did me healthy jacket potatoes) and generally organise myself to a new regime! Any guidance would be greatly appreciated... I'll start the food diary from tomorrow.
