Hi everyone

After toying around with different diets and losing and putting on the same half a stone - THIS IS IT!

I've had enough and this time it's happening!! I want to lose around 2 stone and I'm thinking WW is probably the best way to do it.

Whilst I LOVED SW and the ease, choice and flexibility of it, it didn't work for me. I need tangible things to measure.

I recently decided to have a 5 drink rule when I'm enjoying an alcoholic beverage and the rule has stuck and worked! So I quickly realised that I'm the kinda girl who needs rules and something to measure them by - enter WW!

The entire plan is completely new to me and because NI (I'm from Belfast) is so expensive to join and doesn't look half as user-friendly as the UK site, I'm going it alone with the help of google, minimins and ultimate value diary app.
