Hi Guys,
Came across this site and looks good! I thought it was about time to pick myself up and start to lose weight again. Im 25 from London and this is not my first attempt at losing weight.
I lived in Australia for 2 years up until December 2011, when I had to come home as my visa ran out. I was 22 stone when I left England for Australia. During my time In Aus, I lost a good 5 stone using a shake diet called 'Rapid Loss'. I felt great! I was playing football, had a great tan etc! Without sounding crude, I was hooking up with chicks that I never would have been able to get before!
I came home in December 2011 and stopped using the rapid loss shakes. Thats when it all went downhill! I basically went straight back to my old ways and have put on a whooping 5 stone in 9 months. I get sooo angry with myself that I let myself slip and put ALL that weight back on!
Im now at the point where i'm pretty low about it and just need to get my backside back on track and lose all that weight again and keep it off!
I worked so so hard to shift the weight before and I feel like I havent the energy to go through all that again.
I hope some of you guys here can give me some advice.
Thanks!
