Those last 4 pounds...

Hi guys,

I have finally made it down to the last few pounds but I can already tell they are going to be stubborn after 2 weeks of bouncing round the same numbers!

Has anyone got any tips for a little boost to get them moving? Or is anyone in a similar place on their Dukan journey?

Can't really think of anything I should add/remove just guess I have to be patient!
 
I've been in the same situation for the last month, despite upping my exercise dramatically (which everyone recommends for shifting the last few stubborn pounds! Although there is the muscle/fat argument..) I lost another 2.5lbs this weekend after a week of cutting down on milk & sweetener.. and chewing gum?! I was having far too many each day! upping water is meant to be good too. Good luck!
