Can anyone remember the syns of them?

It's taken me this long to work out what you are referring to!! I think you mean the little milk carton things that you get in coffee shops etc when you get a cuppa!

Cool - thanks hun! Yes, it's the little pots you get that are fake milk, kind of. My work has the skim milk ones. Wonder if those would be less?!
