Hey all. Good morning! It's Thursday and we are half way through August. What is everyone doing today?

I had a soy and brown rice protein shake for breakfast - yes, I can do better lol! No idea about lunch and all that yet. Gonna do a yoga class tonight.

Sunday is weigh-in day so gotta work hard!! :)

So, how about you?
