I haven't been on this site for 4 years according to my profile lol.
Anyway, I joined sw about 6 weeks ago and so far have lost 1st 2 1/2lbs so am quite chuffed with that, I've come here to log my weigh ins as well as at group (i got a 12 week countdown on referral by a nurse)
I still have a long way to go, about 7 1/2 stone but I'm loving it this time round.
Anyone else care to join me?
