ProPoints *THURSDAY WW *

Monday: New day new start lets get up and go. Track, drink plenty of fluids and get some exercise. Im off for a swim after work then a sauna x
 
Hey Clare I restarted WW on the 19th April. Around 4st to loose :( 1st weigh in last Thurs and lost 41/2lb yippee. Getting married next May so a year to get to my goal. Good luck xx
