ticker help

can anyone tell me how to update my ticker , the ticker website says just to click on the ticker and it will take you to the update page but that does not seem to work on mine

I have had the same problem this week so have taken mine off ..... dont know if its a problem with TF? or if I have done somthing wrong this time?
