Hi everyone! I'm Amy, and have been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember. A result of bad habits and vicious circles! Really noticed it had got worse from some holiday pics recently and realised I needed to make a change. I heard about CD from a friend and thought I'd give it a go as I've never tried anything like this before, and I'm so glad I did. I'm 2 and a half weeks into the diet now and so far lost 8lbs my first week and 4lbs the second and am so happy with the results! Still got a way to go though - want to lose at least 5st more. Wish I had been introduced to minimins from the start though, it would have been really helpful in the first few days! It's inspiring to see so many people on the same path
Hoping that doing this will be extra motivation for me to stick with it! It's really nice to read other peoples stories on here because I have had a lot of negativity towards it from people so am keeping it quiet. Good luck to everyone! xx
