Time of day to WI?

Hi, is this the right place for this thread?
Just wondered if you all had a favourite time of day to WI each week? I weighed in at 7.30pm
last week and will get my 2nd WI at 8pm
Tue. I know weight can fluctuate so much and, obviously, want the best result so what times are the best to weigh in? x

Same time every week. I always WI before 11 just because that was my first wi time x
