last thursday i had an op on my wrist (i had a tear in my cartiledge)
I was told - Regional anesthetic & 2 days recovery. I got there and had a general anesthetic, and woke up with a bloody great bandage on my arm, which has to stay on for 2 weeks!! no driving....
so anyway, i've been off the diet for a week - weight has not gone up (by much,... hee hee) even though i have eaten my body weight in chocolate... but am back on track now though
the best thing though was when i had my pre-assessment i was 79.6kilos and i said.. oh i 've lost weight, and i re-weighed and was 74kilos!(or maybe 75) whoooooop!!
