Officially starting today! I will be healthy eating and counting my calories. I am currently
11st 13 and wanting to lose a stone and first and see how I feel at that weight. I really want to see 10 on the scales can't remember the last time I did!
I have a little boy so he keeps me on my toes all day so if I stop stuffing myself with rubbish hopefully I'll lose some weight. Hoping to get on cross trainer once or twice a week also
I have no self control sometimes
