Just weighed in for the first time since before Christmas and have put on 3lbs. Not as bad as it could have been as I havent been sticking to my points for weeks now. I think it must be time to start again.
Thank you! However today was day 2 and I FAILED! Had a rubbish day and spent the afternoon snacking on pringles and twiglets!! But I also started the couch to 5k challenge this morning and have done an hours worth of exercise today so I'm hoping I haven't ruined my good intentions in one day lol I will be getting back on it in the morning so fingers crossed for the end of the week
