Tips for stugglers?

I often come on here when I'm battling with my willpower or feeling guilty for going off plan. I'd love to know the tricks everyone else uses to keep on track when they're finding it hard.

Today I nearly had a "day off" because it is weigh-day for me and I felt that I deserved it. But instead I emptied the wardrobe out and am now wearing clothes that wouldn't even have fit me a month ago. It feels so good that I couldn't bring myself to break my diet!! (Now there's a turn up for the books). If I struggle again later perhaps I could use distraction and go and hang the rest of the clothes that I didn't wear back up in the wardrobe!!

Please share your stories when you've beaten the urge to munch. I'm sure lots of us can use the tips and positive motivation.... xx
