200g Fat free cottage cheese
200g fat free fromage frais
1tsp vanilla extract
3tbsp artificial sweetener
150ml strong coffee
12 sponge fingers
2 ripe bananas
2 tsp cocoa powder
1)Beat together the cottage cheese and fromage frais.
2)Add the vanilla extract and sweetener, stir in.
3) Poor the cooled coffee into a shallow dish. Dip 6 of the sponge fingers in briefly and line the bowl.
4) Top with the cottage cheese and fromage frais mix.
5) Thinly slice the bananas and add a layer or two.
6) Top with more cottage cheese and fromage frais mix.
7)Add the second layer of spone fingers and top with the rest of the mixture.
8) Lastly sprinkle cocoa powder on and leave in fridge for 3-4 hours.
