So as I've posted before I have started a calorie counting / exercise.
Post exercise next day get a bout of diarrhoea.
Is this my body adjusting?
Is it fat broken down after work out and leaving body? Or is that just wishful thinking
Has anyone else experienced this?? And if it is my body adjusting how long does it normally last x
