After trying every diet on the planet I'm finally giving Dr Dukan a go. I've been reading about it for months and I'm now ready to commit
I bought my oat bran months ago but have just got back from Tesco's with all my meat, poultry and diary products, so I'm ready to go. I'm enjoying my "last supper" which in the main consists of rosé wine . I'm soo gonna miss my alcohol but I have to get these 44lbs off once and for all.
I've been reading all you lovely Dukaner's diaries and recipes and you guys seem like a friendly and supportive bunch. The inspirational photos are great - a lot of you have done soo well. I'm hoping for similar results as I just cannot stay as I am.
For the past year I've seen great results following a vlcd ( Cambridge & slim and save) but I just cannot go back there. I've even dabbled a bit with JUDD (that was a disaster), so now it's seeing how I cope with real food albeit low carb!!
Yesterday I weighed 203 and I need to get down to 160 - that's a loss of 43lbs. Dr D says I can get there by the end of May, which is ample time for my Caribbean cruise in July ;-)
