To exercise or not...

Hi girls, I've been doing the 30 day shred every other day and I'm up to level 2 day 6.

Today I don't feel so good. My voice has gone and I have a sore throat. I am wheezing a little when I breathe in. I've had a long walk but I'm not sure if I should do the shred. Any advice?

I don't want to do it and feel even worse but I don't want to not do it -iykwim?!
 
If you are not feeling well then there is no point pushing your poor body to do things it doesn't want to. If you've had a walk and some fresh air, I'd leave the shred until you are feeling properly up to it xxx
 
definately don't do things like this when you are poorly, you need your energy for getting better.
 
Thank you. Still feel lousy and I'm out of breath just walking up the stairs so the shred had been relegated to the DVD cupboard until I'm better!
