Tolerated foods

I have been reading a lot of posts and people seem to have very clever ways of using tolerated foods. I thought it would be good to discuss what our most loved tolerated foods are and how we use them to keep us going and on track. My favourite must be wheat bran to make Duran bread mmmmmm :)
 
I agree with you on the wheatbran -love the bread! My next would be Dukan chocolate powder - my current craze is homemade ff yoghurt with choc powder a sf orange jelly!
 
Wheatbran for me too, and Philly extra lite ;)
 
I use wheatbran the most ... its a must for keeping me moving LOL
 
where can i find a list of the tolerated foods?

Can you even have it in attack if it's a fruit one??
 
Soy sauce for me.
And extra light philly to make 'cheesecake' when tom cravings rear up and threaten to derail me.
 
I'm confused re sugar free jelly-are fruit flavoured ones allowed in cruise?! Can't think of any other kind!
