suppose i thought i would do this to see where it ends up. I did CD at end of last year as had 4.5 stones to lose, i lost about 2.5 and decided i wanted normality back and the cost was too much for me and so just ate normally, over x-mas and all that prob put on about 6 lbs and have been pretty level since then, decided it was time to move that second half and was going to CD again but then came across Exante and so "started" that.....
I am prob not so keen and not as saintly as i should be but i don't care, i know the diet works and i can take the hit on it taking longer if i am not so honest to it. I just know its the trade off.
So i started on friday, and had a 100% day, and then saturday i decided to use two old CD bars i had around the place instead of two of the shakes, Sunday well yeah... i had my shakes but then munched some sweets and so decided to do a 3 mile run to make up for it. Monday - well that was 2 shakes and some more sweets, tuesday i think i had a shake a small piece of chocolate cake (don't ask!) and then yesterday i had my three shakes again. Today i have had one shake and some turkey and another 2 mile run, I realise this is not how this diet is meant to be done but i am a student revising for big exams and i need to munch stuff for revision - its my excuse! I have lost 6 lb so far this week. Obvs this isn't the best way to follow this diet and i will tighten up when studies aren't so bad but i don't mind, i know even at these times of munching randomly i am under a 1,000 a kcal a day by far and so i know i'm going to lose, i don't mind it might be only a couple of pound but idon't mind, i'm not really in a place to do the diet perfectly and i'm comfortable with that, i suppose thats why i wanted to write this mini essay!!!! coz i have posted a bit since joining and i guess i should show where i have been, i did my CD diet before and did the whole thing 100% for the whole time and it worked. If i had to be 100% now i wouldn't be here, i would have started in a weeks time so really i'm already a week ahead and 6 lb ahead! regardless of anything else
I don't care about ketosis, i suppose at the moment the diet is a template.
Oh yeah and as i have mentioned on a post or two i drink lots of tea and coffee during the day, all oh it with unsweetened soya milk (hardly any carbs in it at all). If i ended up staying the same at the end of the week i'd review my situation but i'm losing so it works!
