Managed to update everything now, stats and tracker (phew).
I weighed today and I havent lost nor put anthing on, which is great !!! Although I followed the diet for all but two days on hols in Lanzarote and went running 4 times.
Do you think I should start attack again, or stay on cruise ?
Also I am so skint this month, I would be grateful of any cheap tips and good bargins that are out there.
