My friend does s&s and on her weigh in day she tests herself to a Chinese nd bar of chocolate nd yet still has big losses . How does she do it nd still lose . Anyone else treat
 
Is she telling you this or have you seen her doing it?

I find it hard to believe anyone would do that let alone still lose well
 
Well I definitely would not kick myself out of ketosis on WI day just to have to get back in again. She might lose but she could probably do better if she didn't do this.
 
No before u started this I use to be eating with her . I dunno how she does it . Nd get away with it . I know on my time on.lipotrim on the 10th weighin I treated myself to a Chinese but d following week I still had 6lb loss but that was d only time in the 12 week stunt
 
Als 3 or 4 a week
 
Don't see them on scales but have noticed she is still losing the weight
 
I tried this on my last unsuccessful attempt, tried to do ws on exante, 3 packs all em and then takeaway at weekend, I was only losing about 1-1.5 lb a week and it was a real struggle to stay on track. Ultimately it was why I came off again

8 lost : 59 to goal
 
Really? Well all I can say is lucky her! lol because even though I am sticking to plan 100%, not even I have lost that amount in my last 2 weigh ins :giggle::(
 
Im such a cynic but unless I sat and saw her eat that every single week and saw the scales every week going down id take her claims with a pinch of salt. I dont doubt you could/would lose weight having that one day and packs the rest of the week, Id be very very surprised if you could constantly maintain the 1 stone a month loss.

most of us doing 100% dont manage 3 or 4lbs every week.
