loves stripes!
well, after a good week one restart, the start of my second week went in the wrong direction..... thursday-sunday was a nightmare, mainly becoz i didnt get to go shopping til sunday afternoon so i had no veg/fruit fresh or frozen:mad: and i was getting so cross with myself for blowing it, it rolled onto the next day etc...:(
anyway, today complete restart, was feeling fab until 5pm had dinner etc and then my son(2) threw up =[ i was itching to sneak a biscuit but i didnt, i munched grapes instead but im still sat here with a 3syn cereal bar beside me. i dont need nor want it but its there for when that comfort eating feeling kicks in. meh, todays just a down day lol.

so, ive planned my next three days(until wi) hopefully i wont gain to much.
b- dippy eggs, soilders(b) with marmite and grapes and a plum
l - slow cooked chicken in cummin and ginger with roasted veggies, choc ice (7 i think)
d - wholemeal spagetti(b) turkey and veg cooked in passata and chopped tomatos, cheese(1oz a)

snacks - grapes, jelly(0.5syn),

a good day so far. hopefully tomorrow will be better =].

today has been a good day so far(maybe because of the sunshine weee!!!!) i resisted jumping on the scales this morning which is brill for me as previously i was a serial weigher lol.

the menu for today is green day =]

B- dippy egg, soliders, with marmite and kiwi fruit and grapes
L - sw mac n cheese(from this months mag) and cucumber, apple
D- baked potato, beans and a poached egg

Snacks - x2 Chocolate covered rice cake(4), banana, plum, olive oil spary(0.5)
hex a - milk, cheese
hex b - bread
syns 8.5

i will hopefully STS this, if i loose anything that would be awesome too heh =]
 
yaya! i sts today woohoo! hopefully to the supermarket soon to get some bits n bobs, really want to try almond milk and hazelnut milk hopefully ill find some =]

todays menu on red is

b - toast(b) galic mushrooms, bacon and poached eggs with some grapes
s - coffee and banana
l - ham and cucumber sandwich(b) mayo(0.5) crisps(4) jelly(0.5) and some grapes and a plum
s - tea and apple
d - turkey cooked with chopped tomatos and mushrooms served with roasted veg (0.5 for oil)

hex a - milk
hex b - bread x2
snacks - rice cake (4)for 8pm snack heheh

syns 9.5 (possibly 10 if i use abit more oil)
 
sunshine!!!!! nothing like abit of sun to life the mood =] got up this morning to my toddler being poorly again (oh dear) . but that hasnt stopped me prepping my green day hehe

b - rice pudding (half a) apricots(b), blueberries and banana and a sprinkle of cinnomen
l - sw mac n cheese(a) with poached mushrooms and a plum
d - butternut squash soup, sw chips and egg
snack - left over rice pudding, choc ice (7)

hex a - milk and cheese
hex b - apricots
 
I was going to ask if you resisted the scales again then realised it was your weigh in doh lol
 
It is very difficult lol, old habits die hard lol. Hopefully I will be able to resist until next wi =D
 
Haha, i keep trying to resist, still can't manage more than a few days before I hop on again!
 
i did it! resisted the scales again! woooo!!
food wise todays been a good day so far, but my son was sick again through the night (i have viruses) grrr. hes now flat out snoring.

todays is a red day =]
b - scrabbled eggs, ham, chopped cucumber, sprinkle of cheese(half a) and a plum.
l - curried chicken and mushrooms with onions, stuffed into a roll(b) and an apple
d - gammon and roasted veg

syns - ketchup(1) oil(1) mayo (0.5) choc rice cake (4)
hex a - cheese, milk
hex b - roll
 
yesterdayd menu is just breakfast, ive had a sickness bug (thanks to my lovely toddler) and so didnt eat after breakfast.

todays menu is (subject to change if/when feeling better)
b - slice of dry toast and grapes
l - banana and dry toast
d - soup

hex a - a splash of milk in tea
hex b - bread

syns - ive had some rehydrating drink so not sure if thats synable or not.
