Trying again

Hiya, I tried exante a few weeks ago and failed dismally because my Grandad ended up in hospital. Well he's better now and I am starting today I need to do it this time. I'm 40 in a few weeks:cry: and do not want to be fat and 40. I'm going to try to blog how I do every day I am determined to get rid of this weight, and for life to begin at 40!!
