Hi all
I did the Duakn Diet about a year and half ago stuck to it for about 3 months, lost about 2.5 st and then it all went wrong! Since then I have piled the weight back on and weighing in at 13 st 5 ish - going to weigh myself in the morning, when I start.

I have stocked up on steak and chicken, ham and cooked chicken and am going to make my muffins tonight which I will have for breakfast.

The problem I have is that dont like seafood or yoghurt so get stuck in a rut. I also have a really sweet tooth.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I really have come on here as support and to feel part of a group. and to get ideas for recipes.

I can feel my head ache coming on already - but must stay posititve!!

Hi welcome :) I did the Dukan Diet for about 2 months last year... then I gave up... :sigh: and now I am doing a lifestyle change and no special diets... Wishing you all the best in your journey :) On the Dukan, I mainly ate Chicken breast and yolkless eggs... with abit of cottage cheese thrown in... My favorite my sister actually created as she had moved in with me at the time.

Stuffed Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
2 tbs cottage cheese (no fat)
Parsley

She put a hole in the middle od the chicken breast, mixed parsley and cottage cheese together and stuffed the cottage cheese mixture inside... then she used oven string, tied up the end, and baked until cooked through... She always cooked it just enough and didnt dry out :) you could also add ham... and make a couple of chicken thigh versions.
