Trying to get back on track!

Hi all

Had a week off plan for various reasons and put on two pounds (which isn't bad considering what I ate!)

BUT I've been trying to get back on plan since Friday and I'm finding it so blinkin difficult - I keep nibbling on crap! A bit here and a bit more there I just can't stop myself!!

I need some help ladies pleeeese or I'm never going to get this last two stone off.
