Hi trying to lose last 5lbs of baby weight. It's slowed down a lot.

B: allbran & milk hex a & b

Snack: coffee & milk
Banana strawberries mullerlight

D: chicken carrots turnip mushy peas

Coffee & milk

Tea: salad; lettuce carrot onion beet root boiled egg ham

That's the plan for today, will update later! Also my friend has asked me to do a half marathon with her at the end of august!!!
So I better up my miles for that, that will probably slow loss too but I said I'd do it now.
 
Hi wi today, was up 0.5lb. Bit disappointed but I did go over syns a few days. Back on track this week, I hope.

Weighed in yesterday and I'm down 0.25lb to 8st 11.75

I find I am afraid now to increase hex b to maintain. As its such a small loss I will leave it another few weeks before I eat more hex b. I exercise most if not all days even if its only to do 20mins of shred. Also very busy with 3 small kids so I probably could eat more but I seem to be afraid of carbs now.
 
Finding it so hard to just relax and eat. I always keep an eye on calorie count as well as following sw. Yesterday I was so hungry all day. I know I can eat fruit freely but at same time In back of my head is the calorie count.
How can I break this cycle, I know that fruit is healthy but yet I am afraid of eating too much?
 
Ok so had an off plan week. My mum treated us to a night away for my birthday. We went out for dinner and also to the cinema. Had a lovely time. This morning I weighed and was 8st 13! So up 1.25lb
Back on plan an hopefully that will be gone by next week. I'd love to get down to 8st 10 just to be comfortable with meals out etc.
 
Weighed this morning, another .25 down!! So 8st 11.25 today. Sooooo close to my 8st 10 goal. Slowly does it.
 
Hi was 8st 10 on Tuesday!!! At last. I took Neely look at scales this morning and I seen 8st 9.75!! Happy happy
