Good morning beautiful people!

I started SW last week, at home, with my boyfriend. So far it's been ok, I like it, but on my first week I've only lost 0.5kg and I think that's not nearly enough, especially since I have 30kg to lose. So I decided to start a food diary and in case any of you can spot something that I am doing wrong, I'd really appreciate it if you mentioned it! :)
 
So, Wednesday 13 June 2012:

Breakfast: 28gr oatmeal [HEXB] made in the microwave with 1 fat free vanilla yogurt (180gr), dash of milk, one banana, 7 strawberries, dash of sweetener and handful of raspberries

Lunch: 1 corn on the cob (boiled, nothing added), 3 heaped tbsp mashed potatoes (made from boiled potatoes, 28gr parmesan [HEXA], handful of baked potato chips (microwaved for 5min and then baked in the oven, using a dash (much less than a tsp) of low fat oil - FryLight doesn't exist here unfortunately), 1 banana and 1 peach

Dinner: 300gr of gniocchi [9 Syns] with 28gr parmesan [HEXA]

Drinks during the day: Tea with lemon and sweetener, water and 2 cups of coffee with cream [6 Syns]

Total Syns for the day: 15 (oh my!)

Thursday 14 June 2012:

Breakfast: 28gr oatmeal [HEXB] made in the microwave with 1 fat free vanilla yogurt (180gr), dash of milk, two bananas, 7 strawberries, dash of sweetener

Lunch: Pasta with homemade tomato sauce (made with a dash of low fat oil and onions) and 28gr of parmesan [HEXA]

Dinner: Vegetable frittata with baked beans in tomato sauce and salad with a dash of low fat oil and balsamic vinegar, 28gr of bread [HEXB]

Snack: half a Kinder Country chocolate bar (no idea how many Syns that has! I am counting it as 6)

Drinks during the day: 2 coffees with cream (6 Syns), tea and water

Friday 15 June 2012:

Breakfast:
28gr oatmeal [HEXB] made in the microwave with 1 fat free vanilla yogurt (180gr), dash of milk, two bananas, 7 strawberries, dash of sweetener

Lunch: Pasta with homemade tomato sauce (made with a dash of low fat oil and onions)

Dinner: Same as lunch

Snacks: 5 maltesers [5 Syns]

Drinks: 2 coffees with cream [6 Syns], water, tea

Breakfast: 28gr oatmeal [HEXB] made in the microwave with 1 fat free vanilla yogurt (180gr), dash of milk, two bananas, 7 strawberries, dash of sweetener, blueberries and blackberries

Lunch: Toast [HEXB] with dash of butter [3 Syns] and a piece of low fat cheese [2 Syns]

Dinner: Vegetable frittata and salad with a dash of low fat oil and balsamic vinegar

Drinks: 2 coffees with cream [6 Syns], tea and water

Snacks: 5 Maltesers [3 Syns]
 
Just a little note, I am counting the maximum Syns that what I am eating might have, i.e. I might write that the butter that I used has 3 Syns, but according to my Syn list, that number of Syns is for 10gr of butter. It might be that I used less than 10gr. I still count all of the Syns, just to be on the safe side! :)
 
Monday 25 June 2012 (Let's pretend like the previous week didn't happen...: +0.3 kg)

Breakfast: 28gr oatmeal [HEXB] made in the microwave with 1 fat free vanilla yogurt (180gr), dash of milk, two bananas, strawberries, dash of sweetener and raspberries

Lunch: Salad with a slice of bread

Dinner: Wholewheat pasta with homemade tomato sauce

Drinks: 2 coffees with cream [6 Syns], tea and water

Snacks: 5 Maltesers [3 Syns]

Dinner: Vegetable frittata with corn on the cob and salad

Drinks: 2 coffees with cream [6 Syns], tea and water

Snacks: 5 Maltesers [3 Syns]

Lunch: mashed potatoes made with 10gr butter [3 Syns] and 250ml skimmed milk [HEX A], with beans in tomato sauce and a slice of bread [HEXB]

Dinner (ate out): Pasta with tomato sauce and small salad with balsamic vinegar [I'm counting it as 3 Syns]

Drinks: Water, Coke Zero

Breakfast: 1 banana (I will have a non-SW business lunch)

Lunch: Vegetable burger, salad, country cut baked potatoes (I don't know how many Syns to give this meal...definitely a lot!)

Dinner: Mashed potatoes made with 10gr butter [3 Syns] and 250ml skimmed milk [HEX A] with beans in tomato sauce, corn on the cob, salad and vegetable steaks

Drinks: 2 coffees with cream [3 Syns], tea, water, Coke Zero
 
Saturday 30 June 2012:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs on bread [HEX B] with 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 banana, strawberries and blueberries

Lunch: -

Dinner: Wholewheat pasta with homemade tomato sauce

Drinks: 1 beer [7 Syns], 1 coffee [1.5 Syns], water

Snacks: 1 banana, 1 tiny Mars bar [3 Syns]
 
Sunday 01 July 2012:

Breakfast: 28gr oatmeal [HEXB] made in the microwave with 1 fat free vanilla yogurt (180gr), dash of milk, two bananas, strawberries, dash of sweetener and blueberries

Lunch: 1 corn on the cob and one fat free yogurt

Dinner: vegetable frittata with mashed potatoes and 0.5 Syn fruit roulade for dessert

Drinks: 3 cups green tea with lemon juice and sweetener, water

Snacks: 1 KIT KAT finger

Breakfast: A small bowl of leftover pasta with tomato sauce from yesterday (I overslept and didn't have time to make breakfast...)

Lunch: Pasta with homemade tomato sauce and 3 bananas...

Dinner: Pasta with minced quorn, salad and bread [HEX B]

Drinks: 1 coffee, 2 green teas, water

Snacks: maltesers (3.5 Syns)

Lunch: Pasta with minced quorn and cheese [HEX A]

Dinner: Mashed potatoes made with 10gr butter [3 Syns] and 250ml fat free milk, 1/2 corn on the cob, salad and vegetable steaks

Drinks: 3 green teas, water, coffee

Snacks: small packet of maltesers [3.5 Syns] and 2 Mikados [1 Syn]

Lunch: Leftover mashed potatoes from last night with 1 corn on the cob, bread and a banana

Dinner: Gniocchi with butter (9 Syns total) and salad

Drinks: 3 cups green tea, 1 coffee and water

Saturday 07 July 2012:

Decided to try an Extra Easy day today

Breakfast: 28gr oatmeal [HEXB] made in the microwave with 1 fat free vanilla yogurt (180gr), dash of milk, two bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, dash of sweetener and blueberries

Lunch: 1 banana

Dinner: Oven SW fries, steak, lentils, salad, corn on the cob and beans in tomato sauce

Drinks: 1 coffee, water, tea

Snacks: Small packet of maltesers, 1/2 finger of Twix (I'm counting it as 7 Syns)

*Went to the movies and resisted pop corn! Whoohoo!
