Tuna Pasta Bake Recipe

I am looking for a recipe for tuna and sweetcorn pasta bake suitable for EE but can't find one?

I usually (pre SW) make it using lots of white sauce but this is obviously a big no no now!

How do I stop it from being too dry? It's got to feed my hubby and two toddlers as well as me so I don't mind some syns in it as long as they aren't too high!

I always pack it out with lots of veggies and don't mind having a side salad as well.

The only thing is I am not keen at all on tomato based sauces so for me using one in it isn't really an option for us.

what about using natural yogurt or some quark? not sure if it will work but i used natural yogurt for my lasagne and yes it wasnt as creamy as a normal one but it tasted lovely x
