Can anyone tell the qty you can have as a h/e b.

On Green one HEXB = 113g of turkey raw weight or 71g cooked weight. As far as I know this includes turkey mince but only if it's extra lean ie less than 5% fat. I've never seen any extra lean turkey mince, dont know about anyone else?
