Hi everyone been doing Exante with my other half since July. I have lost two stone oh has lost three. We are going on holiday in 7 weeks and can't wait. But struggling a bit at the moment with motivation and thinking about food a lot. I keep weighing daily but when the scales don't move I get a bit disheartened, so this week I have asked oh to move them to the top of the wardrobe lol !! Hoping to stay on Exante till hollibobs, then back on it till Xmas. We weigh on a Wednesday, so fingers crossed posting on here will give me the motivation to keep going.I also go to the gym three times a wek doing Zumba and aqufit. Is 4 litres of water a day enough os is it to much ?
48 days till holidays and counting down!!!

Thanks diem I have been reading yours and supersmileyme diaries every day and they are great really informative and inspiring. I am thinking of Judding after Xmas and reading your diaries are really helping !!

Hi Ali, I love knowing that you're out there reading my diary and the wittering between diem and I! Well done on your loss, I'm still a 4litre a day girl, I am up widdling in the night, but I think that fourth litre may make a difference in time for my holiday!
Where are you going on holiday?

We are off to Turkey not been abroad with the babies before who are 2 and 1, but my oldest daughter who is nearly 18 is coming too, so should be fun. Both of your diarys make lots of sense very rational thinking. I'm struggling trying to hang on for another 47 days, lots of pressure, only from myself though. I want to be a certain weight but will be half a stone heavier, but in the grand scheme of things it's not really worth stressing over. Will still enjoy holiday etc, just trying to be rational.
Im off to give myself a good talking too lol !!!!

Of course - hence Turkey and tinsel!!!
I just told myself that I would do it to the letter, so that whatever weight I am when we go, I couldn't have done anymore towards it. I've only got 24 days to go, I'm desperate for the jelly belly to be gone so I can wear a bikini, but if it's not I'll get over it and be grateful that I'm not like I was when I started this journey.
