Hi everyone. I've decided to keep a food diary to keep me on track! Started 3 weeks ago and I've lost 11lb. I finally got into the 15's this morning too
Off on holiday to Greece next September so I have something to work towards!
Here is how today has looked...

Breakfast - Poached egg & tomatoes on toast (Hexb)
Snack - Orange
Lunch - M&S prawn & pasta layered salad (5.5)
Snack - Piri Piri chicken slices (2) Banana, Sugar free red bull
Dinner - M&S count on us chicken & mushroom pie (6) Asparagus, Peas
Snack - Melon, boiled eggs, 2 cheesestrings (Hexa)
finishing today on 13.5 syns
