I started group yesterday afternoon with a hairy scary start weight of 17st 1.5lb.

Thursday Eve. No counting as no time to read up properly. Just used blue enjoy booklet.
200g raw weight Jacket.
Free salad
Salad fillet
Tablespoon coleslaw.

1 litre full sugar pepsi (grrrr. I never drink full sugar drinks even when not dieting. Not impressed at wasting precious points. Will teach me for not asking until afterwards.) 12!!!!!

I'm even happier with the plan now I know that despite thinking I went off track last night at the bonfire party in fact I didnt go over my weeklies *phew*

yeh i am enjoyin it (if im honest i dint wanna join but my friend asked me to and love it!!) i feel like i can eat almost everything if u no what i mean?
Yeh i am happy with my Weight Lose so far i dnt feel like i had a good week last week so a bit worried about Thursday but time will tell haha!!

Ive just updated my diary. Oh the shame LOL Thank Goodness for weeklies. I wont be eating much today mind, Im bloated and feel rubbish.

Good luck for Thursday. Hope you cn pull it back in time for the scales.

My friend and I sort of bullied each other into joining :D We went along to one class, chickened out, went back to the lunch time class, went in with the intention of just looking to see what it was all about and was so impressed with the Leader and class we ended up joining.

The cook books are all half price this coming week so do you have any recommendations? Im going to treat myself to one :)
 
i thought about gettin a cook book and i think i am guna go for the Smart Easy everyday one as i saw a lady buy this last week and she seemed very impressed by it!!

the eating out guide is a god send but i always doule check the points on here lol!
yeh i think i will pull it back i mean it was last week i was naughty so dunno if that is why it was 1lb i lost but i am sure i will lose something!! (fingers crossed any how lol)

i did wat u did the other week, went to a friends and i took some wine and diet lemonade and she said o i have some lemonade already in the fridge jus thinkin it wud b diet coz like u say we always have diet even if not on a diet n it was full fat!! i was furious at my self for not checkin!! no i always make sure i have my own lol

Thanks chick. I'll look out for that one. I want an every day one. I use my slow cooker a lot so hopefully there will be some ideas in there. Fingers crossed for weigh in for you though Im sue you'll be fine. You obviously know your stuff. I worked the points out using the app. It was lard she used not liquid oil. I worked it out on a tablespoon. Next party will be at mine and they can all eat good food ;) I have the eating out guide though I havent looked in it yet LOL xx

Food looks good luv! Dnt beat ur self up about ur blow out Saturday u pointed it all and that's what they are there for!

Well my blow out on Saturday obviously wasnt too bad as Ive just got back from weigh in. 2.5lbs :D I'm really happy with that. I've not been logging my food these past few days as I've been so busy at home but hopefully things will calm down over the next few days and I'll be able to catch up.
