Hello, im on LLL and just had my evening meal. Sorry to post it on here but the lll forum is really quiet. I wont write exactly what i had because i dont wanna temp anyone but part of my meal included about 75g of sundried tomatoe and basil philidelphia and i didnt read the ingredients until after and just realised it has lemon juice from concentrate in it. Do you reckon its gonna knock me out of ketosis ??? Im worried now :confused: x
 
One meal might knock you out slightly, but it won't take long to get back in. ketosis isn't just about weight loss, it is also about how hungry you feel. I would doubt that eating a flavoured cream cheese is going to make you more hungry as it contains plenty of fat which satiates hunger.

Besides, some people can eat more carbs before they start to put on weight. I doubt if your cream cheese was all that high in carbs anyway. A few grams at the most - which should be fine. Did you check the carb content?

Just carry on today in the normal way and put it behind you.

Well done for wanting to be super strict, but a genuine mistake is just one of those things and you need to forget about it and move on.
 
Hello, thanks for replying. Im on LighterLife lite so am allowed one meal a day. Nothing i had wasnt allowed but it was the lemon juice i was worried about. Because on lite, the food you have doesnt knock you out of ketosis. It contains minimal carbs xxx
