Hello, im on LLL and just had my evening meal. Sorry to post it on here but the lll forum is really quiet. I wont write exactly what i had because i dont wanna temp anyone but part of my meal included about 75g of sundried tomatoe and basil philidelphia and i didnt read the ingredients until after and just realised it has lemon juice from concentrate in it. Do you reckon its gonna knock me out of ketosis ??? Im worried now x
