What is the syn value like on these ie egg fried rice one? thinking of adding chicken so its a little twist on a chinese type of style weather it works is a different story...many thanks still trying to get my head round this been an on and off ww for years!!:character00238:

Sorry to jump in so late after but is this per pouch or per portion? I hope it's per pouch cause I eat a whole one of these on their own for a meal. My consultant told me they were free
