Using all of my points

Looks like im coming back to WW once ive completed refeed off of a VLCD. Thing is im not likely to be able to eat all my points. Roughly works out at my current weight to be 38. On my bad reflux days i'll be lucky to eat 10 of them.

Have mailed the leader at my local meeting but she hasnt got back to me.

All help appreciated x

It varies - sometimes once,twice ,three times a week. Sometimes nothing for a couple of weeks. No real pattern to it just have to keep taking my meds and hope it dosnt get bad if i need to go out etc. Have been checked for gallstones but that came back clear so docs just upped my reflux meds.
 
Sounds fair, would have to be honest with the leader if it happened that week i guess. I know getting more weight off will only help things.

My OH is on 64 PP a day and never manages to eat the full amount but hes losing ok with that. No point overeating for the sake of it really.
 
Have been speaking to my OH about this today and he thinks i should maybe try Simply Filling to save me undereating my points. Once some more weights off and i have less points i may move over to pp. Will be doing this at home until my local meeting leader gets back to me.
 
It is quiet on here I have to say......

Lots of threads have gone quiet. My diary thread used to be busy but over the last few weeks hardly anyone has posted!
 
I like to keep posting lots of little messages cos it keeps me out of the fridge....maybe everyone else just has more will power? Maybe I was right earlier though.......

It defo is quiet on the boards at the moment and I think quite a few people are/have been struggling with all the Christmas do's/meals out/drinks and general crimbo goodies that like to jump off of the shelves and out of the cupboards at us!

I personally cannot wait for January as everybody will be in the same mindset and will be super motivated!

Good luck Loser85... This is just me however I find that I actually eat less on SF as I end up cutting out all of the junk that I find myself eating to make up the points. Everybody is different though and if you are allowed more PP's you defo wont have to watch your portion sizes with SF. SF suits me Monday - Friday as it reminds me of Slimming World ;) x

Simply filling is great! I am not sure if I under or over eat but it works so I don't complain. I always have my 49 weeklies. I have been doing pp most the year but glad to be on the SF plan again.
