Today I've had 3 shakes then tonight I had mac & cheese with 200g cauliflower/broccoli. My carbs are 66g so have chosen not to have milk
I love a proper coffee in eve but it's got me worried.
I've read carbs should be upto 60g to stay in ketosis but if Slim and Save recommend 4 packs and optional milk and veg on top this is going to be 65-70g.
I know everyone has a different sensitivity to carbs but it's got me worried. I did first 10 days with only veg in one day until tonight. Should I not have the veg and track below 60g or see how my body copes for a couple of days?
Both hubbie and I really enjoyed dinner tonight and had hoped to have a meal pack and veg every evening now as that's they way we interpreted the plan. I wouldn't have been aware had it not been for MFP (great app
