Emmaline Hippety Hop! 5 July 2012 #2 Try this one.. Carrots, Onions, Red Pepper and Yellow Pepper, Parsnip and if liked Celery in whatever quantities suit you. Also add a veg stock cube. My D made this and it was super delish.
