Did anyone else notice on the Dukan website (UK) that the doctor is now allowing 1 tsp vegetable oil every day? Well, what I wonder is, if we could then substitute that with 1 tsp sesame oil for making stir fry? Obviously I don't use oil every day (at least not that much, just a few sprays to coat a pan) but once in a while I'd like to do some Chinese at home and I really do miss the taste of sesame oil in it! Nutrition-wise it looks like both oils have the same amount of fat but I wanted to get opinions here
