Hello and welcome to Minimins and to Slimming world. My husband is a Veggie so I hope I can help. First of all I would say eating the same thing day in day out doesn't work, you really have to mix up your meals. Also each of your meals has to have a third of superfree foods which are veg and fruits and that doesn't include beans or potatoes. From what you're saying your tea doesn't have any superfree if its chips and beans. How about chips, a pile of veg you like and some meat replacement i.e quorn etc? We eat a lot of pastas and chillis etc mixed with lots of veg in :) Also make sure you are measuring your milk and syns right. Hope this helps x

Hiya thanks for replying forgot to say i normally have veg sausages or veggie burger with dinner.sorry had totally gone out of my head.what does your hubby normally eat for bfast and lunch.do u have any particular foods u would recommend or ones u feel work the best.thank u

He eats cereal for his lunch and he's not a massive fruit fan. For lunch he either takes leftover tea like pasta etc or he eats sandwiches with quorn slices and loads of lettuce on them. We eats lots of pasta, rice, potatos etc but we make sure out plate is a 3rd fruit of veg. If not then we make sure that we eat tons of fruit of veg in between. Fat free yogs are good but make sure they are veggie, I know muller lights aren't vegetarian but the shape zero ones are and they are free x
