Veggies

Hello everyone!!

I am starting S&S in December. I was going to go for the 3 packs a day option, but I was just wondering - what are the 'allowed' veggies? And the protein? I only eat fish or quorn...
Any help appreciated!

You can have fish, eggs, cottage cheese for protein (meat sub if you count carbs - supermarket own usually better than quorn)

No need to commit to 3 & protein or 4 you can interchange them daily as you like hun. I found that really helped me

and all the packs are veggie. there are loads of allowed veg, just no carrots, parsnip, corn, peas, beans or tomatoes really (nothing carby, e.g squash etc)
